About Us

In 2010, the Australian Government launched The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that would enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and their carers.
Outwest Care saw the opportunity to provide a service to it's participants to enjoy the Australian outdoors. After being in the disability sector for a number of years, the founding director of Outwest Care realised a need for additional services. We wanted to provide our participants with a high level of care, to provide support to assist people to engage in activities of their choice and visit places of interest.
We have a beautiful respite facility located in the Hawkesbury which allows for some down time, where individuals can refresh and reboot.
Outwest Care have a wonderful hub located in Windsor for participants to join activity days, build on their individual living skills and create positive friendships within their local community.
At Outwest Care we offer a wide range of services which can be tailored to meet the participants needs.
At Outwest Care we take a person-centred approach which means our services will always be tailored around the participants needs and choices.
